The throat microphone for the Hytera PD4, PD5 and TC-6 series portable radios allows the pick up to be worn on either the right or left side of the throat. A separate soft rubber D shape earpiece is supplied for receiving crystal clear audio and two PTT switches enable the user to transmit using the combined PTT mic or covertly using the palm held version.

Kevlar cables add to the durability of the throat mic and it is comfortable to wear for extended periods.
