The HETM04-HHYT2 throat microphone has a flexible neck band to suit most sizes and it allows the inductor to be positioned either to the centre right or left for easy audio pick up. Crystal clear audio is transmitted via either the built in PTT or remote PTT that allows the operator to run the cable down a sleeve for covert surveillance operations. A removable D shape earpiece allows clear reception of received audio.

The throat mic also includes the Hirose quick release system.
