The Barrett 4050 HF SDR radio is the first software defined design from Barrett. Basing the radio design on SDR technology makes the 4050 particularly easy to operate. Compatible with all other Barrett HF products, the 4050 delivers excellent performance.

Features include secure email, data transfer and telephone connectivity. The4050 HF SDR can be controlled from all major mobile and desktop platforms and supports iOS, Android and Windows devices to allow wireless voice and data control.

The software defined architecture provides unprecedented flexibility and reliability. It also makes it very easy to upgrade.

Further enhancements over the 2050 series HF radio include a high resolution touchscreen, enhanced DSP noise reduction and advanced calling features.

Base station package includes 4022 power supply unit, PSU stacking cradle.
