Description
The Off Road Pack – Standard is supplied with 2 Midland G15 licence free radios and a VHF Large Classic Aquapac for the winch man which make the radios fully waterproof for use in all weathers. The radios are used with a lightweight headset with flexible boom mic and inline PTT for the driver and a G shape earpiece for the winch man. The radio can also be operated in VOX mode allowing both the driver and winch man to keep their hands free when transmitting. We have also included a couple of spare battery packs to make sure that the radios are never without power.
The Off Road Pack – Premium is supplied with the Entel HT446 submersible licence free radio. This is designed to be used by anyone wearing gloves. This particular radio series was selected by most UK fire brigades as their standard fire ground radio so it has a good pedigree! The driver gets an Entel in car kit so the radio can be powered/charged form a 12v socket and Breeze style behind the head lightweight headsets with flexible boom mics complete the set.
