Description
The Entel HT900Â series comprises a range of lightweight and intelligent portable radios, with a variety of features and styles to meet different needs. Intrinsically safe (ATEX approved) and constructed to MIL STD 810C/D/E/F environmental standards, the fully submersible (up to 5m for 1 hour) radio is an ultimate solution for users who work in tough and hazardous environments. The radios are approved to EEX I b II C T4.
The range boasts mobile phone functionality with a 255 user contacts list and missed/received/dialled numbers lists on some models. Radios with Selcall come with Lone Worker and Man Down alarms. Used along with this feature, emergency microphone live allows the radio to transmit to other users without the touch of a button to aid communication which may not have been possible otherwise.
All of the HT900 radios benefit from features that enhance communication whilst adding a greater level of convenience and security to the working environment, particularly to users who are required to wear gloves. These include:
Local Personal Attack Alarm
At the press on a button, an alarm is sent to other radios to alert users.
Programmable Channel Monitor Button
Allows users to customise buttons to a certain function.
Models with an LCD display benefit from having outstanding visability, even in poor light conditions.
