The Tait TP8100 series boasts an uncompromising build, with a quality and sleek mechanical design. The radios are lightweight to carry (weighing just 344 grams) and boast MIL-STD 810 C/D/E/F environmental standards, providing a tough communications solution which can be used in the harshest of environments. They are also feature two-shot moulded construction, which lengthens product life.
The radios come in a range of style and frequency options, as well as a trunked range & man down option. Standard colour is black. Specify yellow, red or orange at no extra cost when ordering.

Submersible
IP67 classified, meaning the radios can be submersed in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes.
 Worker Safety
To ensure safety is paramount at all times, the series boasts Man Down and Lone Worker functions. The series also features a top mounted programmable emergency key.
Voice Security
With a voice inversion scrambler, any communication sent will be automatically encoded to ensure any eavesdropping is stopped. The communication is then decoded by the intended recipient radio.
Other features include: Up to 350 conventional channels, CTCSS/DCS, voting/scanning, Selcall, swipe contacts, battery only/battery on radio charging, repeater Talkaround, remote stun and revive, short menu key, economy mode, angled rubber volume knob, programmable channel selector, side mounted accessory connector and efficient programming.
